- Pattern Piping is a surface treatment technique.
- Multi-color: pitch of 0.35mm to 0.40mm, depending on the design.
- Complicated pattern
- Piping: thickness of 0.70mm to 0.80mm; width of 0.35mm to 0.40mm.
- Sharpness of tip-top: Obtuse angle is preferred with a width of at least 0.35mm.
- Maximum of 3 layers of colored stack-up.
Limitations
“Hook-shaped”:
- It is due to infeasibility of mold manufacturing to capture any undercuts.
